- Damaged Products
If your product arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it. Please note the following conditions:
You must notify us within 2 days of delivery by emailing connect@trsnafoods.com.
Your email should include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One photo of the outer box
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- An unboxing video showing the damage
In case of multiple items in a shipment, only the affected product will be eligible for replacement.
Replacements will be dispatched within 7 to 10 days.
Our team will respond to your email within 24–48 hours and provide full assistance.
- Missing Products
If any item is missing from your order, we will promptly resend it. Please follow these steps:
Notify us within 2 days of delivery via email at connect@trsnafoods.com.
Include the following in your email:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One photo of the outer box
- Two clear images of the opened box
- An unboxing video showing all items received
Refunds will not be issued for missing items, but we will ensure prompt replacement.

- Spoiled Products
If you believe a product has spoiled, we are happy to investigate and offer a fair solution. Please note:

Your email should include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging or manufacture
- Clear images or video of the product
Due to the natural and handcrafted nature of our products, variations in taste, texture, colour, or aroma are expected. These differences do not indicate spoilage and are not grounds for return.
We assure you that all products are made using the finest natural ingredients, with no compromise on quality or nutritional value.
Replacements will be issued after a thorough review and investigation.
