Translated from Malayalam, “Vella," means "White", "Naranga,” means "Lemon" and "Achaar” means "Pickle". Trsna’s Vella Naranga Achaar is made from Kerala’s famous white lemon, spices and herbs all of which are soaked in gingelly oil. This pickle also claims it's spot on the 'Sadya’ menu during Onam. This tangy, spicy and slightly bitter pickle is great with Sambhar Rice, Coconut Rice and Biryani.
