We use only freshly harvested button mushrooms and farm-sourced ingredients, following a time-honoured heirloom recipe passed down through generations. We refuse all substitutions—including our original mustard oil—so each jar delivers true, uncompromised umami bliss.

Made in small batches at source in Himachal Pradesh, each jar reflects a timeless heirloom recipe—with no shortcuts, no substitutions, and a depth of umami rarely found in traditional pickling.
